Is having no credit, the same as bad credit?
Having Bad Credit and having no credit are both a long way from having good credit. If you have bad credit, a lender will see evidence of your poor money management. On the other hand, if you have no credit at all, a credit provider will have no record of your borrowing history.
Both scenarios are risky to credit lenders that re considering you for loans and neither of these situations are ideal.
In both scenarios, your goal is going to be to obtain and build new credit; as this is the key to credit worthiness. Your goal is to show further creditors that you are currently being responsible.
This entails adding new months of positive history by making your payments of time and being mindful of your credit card balances.
